Is there a way to build matadata files from mapinfo files that we create. I don't expect that the whole job will be done by such a program (mbx or what ever), but it would be very convenient if geographic information, polygons and polylines numbers, size, lenghts info could be automatically written in a metadata file. Does this exist?
