As the online help for "ToolHandler" says, it is a simple but restrictive way to add a 
custom tool to 
MI's main button. For the full functionality, including changing icon, use the more 
flexible alter or 
create buttonpad statements. Is there any reason why you can't use this more 
comprehensive 
method of creating a tool? Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way of getting 
the functionality 
you need any other way within MB.
