I get messages about the directory not being
writerable or arguments bad when I try to use the tool to convert .eoo files to
MapInfo. What??? Something I do not know about this tool? I am
trying to use a WA State landcover .eoo file on http://www.wa.gov/wdfw/wlm/gap/landcov.htm (version
6) I can't find documentation in help or the manuals. Ideas?
Seems like MapInfo would make this process really
straightforward ... but perhaps I am totally misunderstanding what is going
on.
