Contact Farmers Software Association at 800-237-4182. Sampling method is based on a grid with one sample point to a grid (there is a "t" test provision for pairs in a grid as well). The sampling point with in each grid cell can be regular centroid, offset X, offset Y, unaligned random, and random. You might also be interested in SoilRx.
