EverMap Company, LLC. has released its new EverName automated cartographic
label placement software. EverName, an advanced cartographic label placement
tool is an add-on to the MapInfo Professional. EverName software is tightly
integrated with MapInfo, it uses the same tables and map layers so there is
no need in special data conversion. It provides a flexible and easy to use
user interface for the optimized labeling of the point and polygon referenced
features on the map. EverName optimizes label positions based on user-defined
rules, label priority, font size and is able to produce maps with minimum
number of overlaps between labels.
