Hi,

I can imagine two solutions:

A rough, but simple way to achieve this is to open all the tables in one
mapper, make layers editable one after another, and shift all their contents
to the necessary position with the mouse. Then append tables, if needed.

A precise method is to export tables to mif file and write a program for
transformation of coordinates in this file. After applying it, to reexport
from mif.

Good luck,

Mikhail
