Hi Sam; I just dealt with an Arclink problem moments ago. Without knowing the message that appeared I can only guess, but in my case the error occured around something called 'TX7'. I think that this refers to the version of AI (please anyone, feel free to correct me). Anyway if you open the E00 file and find and replace the string 'TX7' with 'TX6', this seems to work.
