The state of FL Department of Management Services and the comptroller has been
utilizing this clause in all contract language regarding technology for some
time now. The clause represents no direct monetary damages/losses/payouts for
the company. Only that if it is not compliant it will fix it. Granted, they will
have to expend time, employees, resources, etc. - but they would have to do this
anyway for all their usership or they will have an unusable product. Their own
compliance statement says the same thing and then later contradicts itself.
