One quick way is to Query>Select all from YourTable and pick Objects>Set
Target (make sure layer is Editable first).
Then draw a box on the Cosmetic layer defining the area that you want. You
can also use a boundary that you already have ie a county or state border
Select that box, then pick Objects>Erase Outside.
That will trim off all the roads outside the area you chose.
Now just delete the box from the cosmetic layer, or use it to trim all of
your tables to the same boundaries.
