Jeff:
I have used List Match along with SelectPhone for this. I used the two a few
years ago and the matching rate was about 50%. It may have improved since
then. You can order these two products from ProCD at 800-922-3766. I have
found SelectPhone to be especially useful since it includes Lat/Long for
most entries.
