This individual will assist with the preparation of site submittals, in-house market research studies, mapping using GIS, statistical analyses and provide administrative support to the Real Estate staff. Prior real estate experience and retail industry experience is preferred. Additionally, beginner to intermediate knowledge of GIS and computer proficiency. Must have good communication skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. BA/BS in Geography or Market Research.
