Andrew,
I read the MapBasic Developer's Guide from Onward Press. It's the
only MapBasic book I know of. I had no MB experience, or programming in
fact, when I started learning it.

Can someone recommend the best route I could take for beginning to learn
MapInfo and MapBasic. Any books, web sites etc. I do not have the
product and will not likely have it for a while. Currently I use
Microstation with a simple GIS called Geographics.
