once again thanks for all the help.
I have a quick question with regards to breaking out carachters from a name
within a field.
ie postal codes
traditionally
T3R5R6
LEFT(POSTAL,3) RIGHt(POSTAL,3)
would get
left T3R
right 5R6
I would like to seperate text by a space indicator thus you could have
something like
ie
T3R4 5R6
left T3R4
right 5R6
T3 R456
left T3
right R456
Is there any easy way to do this?
