Hi Doug,

The best solution I could come up with is to produce a PDF (Acrobate,
from Adobe) file of the workspace. It is a flexible format, so you can set
the resolution, compression level and many other parameters. Of course,
you will need to buy the Acrobate Writer software, but the reader (as you
probably know) is free, so you can diffuse the files without extra costs.
