C source code for coordinate transforms is available in the PROJ4
freeware package (http://kai.er.usgs.gov/ftp/PROJ.4/proj.html).
Sorry, it's pure, old testament K&R C, not tarted up with
objects, classes, components and other heresies of the new
religion, but if you can't find what you want, it's a good start.
