What does this exactly mean? I didn't have had any problems with
CorelDraw 5-8, but remember to use 'Postscript interpreted' and not
EPS or any other format.

Original Adobe drivers are always a good choice (available at their
Website).
To preview or to convert i would suggest Ghostscript/GSView, a free
Postscript Interpreter available at
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/
