I have a little problem, first, when I run the sample program from
MapMarker "geocode.dsp" I get the error:
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "nafxcwd.lib".
I tried to look for this lib but I can not find it.
The second problem is: I'm trying to run the sample program from the book
"MAPMARKER" start on page 131-133 and I get the errors as follow:
