Neil,
I'm very interested in further thoughts you may have on this. I first became aware of
the 'ClueTrain' a few months ago. We've subsequently designed and implemented an all
new and different web presence (to be launched in the next few days) incorporating
expresssions of the 'ClueTrain' and various other thoughts, including interactivity
and discussion. We've also reshaped (in large part) both our internal and external
communications based on the idea(s). We've given a handful of talks lately at various
conferences discussing our Blue Marble 'Communications Mandate'. These ideas have
energized our team (our employees and our customers). We're excited by evolutions and
changes! I have a few thoughts (perhaps a few of them may be interesting to somebody)
and ideas specifically related to 'the market' that I'd love to share if anyone is
interested.
