I have the same problem on Windows 95, but it appears only with
customized screen size (from the menu Preferences).
It's a real pain, because it is impossible to export a layout to BMP,
TIF, ... 

No solution for me, except to keep MI 4.02 for this.
Any other solution would be greatly appreciated.
