Not only is it legal - but in some places it is MANDATORY... Colorado will
be at that stage within the next few years. If you get a warrant, arrest,
or conviction - this information will be available in a database that is
accessible by all law enforcement agencies within the state. It is being
discussed now whether this type of system should have a web-based
interface...
