Please do not send mail to MapInfo-L with "return reciept" turned on. We just got a ton of bounced mail about the "GIS into Crime" thread becuase somebody had this switched on and instead of these "reciept confirmed" notices going back to him, the mail server got them. It's not very happy about it. Also with this new outbreak of particularly nasty viruses going around via email and looking like their from a friend, I'm asking everyone to please no longer send attachments via MapInfo-L (especially the *.exe ones!). If I can, I'm going to set up a block on messages of this sort anyway, but in any case don't do it anymore. About a third of the servers out there block them already, so if you want your message to get through, don't attach files. If you want to distribute programs, you can either email to people who ask for them or upload them to ur FTP site for public distribution. That's the way you're supposed to do it anyway.
