Has anyone ever tried to convert a US County .dxf to something that
MapInfo can read and understand? I am a new MapInfo user and am
struggling to get this done. I work for ARINC, a wireless
communications company supporting the airline communications and am
trying to create a map for our Field Services division. The map is
divided into regional areas and some of the boundaries fall along
county lines. I am trying to create a MapInfo county data layer and
could use some guidance with this. Any suggestions on how to tackle
this?
I have also been wondering if the dlg's could be converted into a .mif
file. Or a .bna, which MapViewer uses could be converted in a .mif
file. I know that one object, or county can be done because a few of
us have been successful at it. However, the file contains multiple
counties and headers for each individual county. What to do....
