i've got a need for one map window to duplicate the
view of another window at all times... simply following all the changes in the
view parameters.
i know ArcView and i have to say it would be easy
with it OO features, just get one map to listen to the other and hey presto,
about three lines of code tops but i'm unfamiliar with procedural code and i was
wondering how this code can just hang in the background and work
effortlessly.
any ideas?
