Following on from the Object order discussion, two things bother me........... 1. Mapinfo is a computer program, it must approach each situation in a standard way, so why is the visibility of objects within a table so random? I know it does it, I can't for the life of me work out how or why. 2. When "Objects Combining" normally the combined object inherits the attributes of the last-selected object. However, I have had situations where the reverse is true. The only way I've managed to get back to normal is by closing/re-opening Mapinfo. Strange but true. Maps - displaying order in a chaotic world - some of the time.
