can someone advise if it is possible to turn on/off the snap option in MI
by programming
in MB
(this is the one you turn on by hitting the "S" key in MI)
I want to do this in a small program
ALSO
What is the method of getting a line to be drawn when clicking on one point
and moving the cursor
to a second point and clicking on it to get a result value as in the MI
ruler app. I can only get a dotted line if the mouse key is held down while
dragging
