Set your window up the way you like it, open the MapBasic window
and type the following into it:
set map window FrontWindow() layer <tablename> default zoon
Replace "<tablename>" with the actual name of your table (leaving
off the brackets), or its layer order number.
This will set the layer's default center and zoom to the current
window view, so the next time you open the table, that's the way
it will look.
