How to specify Bounds for a Custom Coord. System

Hi All

I am standardizing the MapInfo projections for our
Peru office to facilitate snapping to objects
drafted in other zones. I made custom datums &
Projections based upon the Peru specific shifts (the
rotations are in the process of being
calculated/optimized by the government), and they
are as follows:

 "Long / Lat - PSAD 56 Moderate Precision", 1, 999,
4, -279, 175, -379
"UTM PSAD 56 - Zone 17S Mod Precision", 8, 999, 4,
-279, 175, -379, 7, -81, 0, 0.9996, 500000, 10000000

I have been reading in the online-help that I can
specify the bounds for the coordinate systems by
using the following format:
name, projectionnum + 3000, projection parameters,
unitnum, A, B, C, D, E, F, x1, y1, x2, y2

The online help says to read the Mapbasic Additions
and Changes for a discussion on affine
transformation. Since I dont have MapBasic could
someone please tell me what the A,B,C,D,E, & F in
the above bounds definition format are? Are they
X/Y/Z shifts and rotations? If so, what about the
m-scale correction factors and the Prime Meridian?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
