Hi, what I want to do is to make a region around a collection of points, where in my case all the points do have a fixed distance to eachother. It cannot be done by making a buffer around the point, because there are to many points, so it takes to much time, and the bufferdistance should be almost as large as the distance between the points, which is too much. As far as I know there is no standard MI tool available for this, and therefor I want to write an application in Mapbasic to perform this. As I am being told this is quite complicated, I wondered if some of you already tried this before, and can give me some advice on this? Or maybe somebody knows an other way to do this?
