We've just added V&H conversions (to and from any other coordinate system) to our 
GeoCalc dynamic link library.  Info is available at 
http://www.bluemarblegeo.com/products.asp?id=10.  We'll be releasing the new version 
shortly.  Let me know if you're interested and we'll post you as soon as the released 
build is available.
