At the risk of sounding like a complete newbie, what determines the values that should go into MaxScaleDenominator and MinScaleDenominator? Is it projection independent? I am currently using '+proj=latlong +ellps=WGS84' so I would assume that these would be similar to 2^zoom_level. Is this correct?
