Installed Mapnik 0.5.1 Windows binaries and was able to run rundemo.py with Python 2.5.
I had to solve several problems before I was able to generate a map with my own PostGIS data.
1/ Is there some reference on the objects, properties and methods that can be used in Python? Now I can only copy bits and pieces of rundemo.py and try to guess for the rest.
2/ Looking for some answers on the Internet, I noticed several posts that mention some XML map configuration file. I there some info available on the content (xsd file perhaps?) and how to use it?
