I am using a large PostGIS database.
1/ Will Mapnik read the entire datasource when rendering a map, or only the envelope specified in zoom_to_box?
2/ Is there a way to use a spatial filter in style rules? I only used attribute value filtering untill now. Are there certain (spatial/non-spatial) functions I can use?
