I'm using a patched version of mapnik (trunk) with heavily modified gdal datasource and rastersymbolizer which support coloring raster data (among other improvements to handle >1Gb gtiff files with embedded overviews).
I was planning to submit these patches upstream some day when I clean them up (it is the first c++ code I've ever written!) but this would be in a couple of weeks since I'm swamped with other work at the moment. However, since it seems there's enough interest for this functionality perhaps I could push them to a separate branch (for the vc goodness) as they are right now to get more eyeballs on them and, hopefully, get some help with the mentioned cleanup. Send me an email off-list if you'd like to see the diffs, or perhaps I should post them to a ticket? (with a big "unfinished & experimental" warning sign) Cheers, Alberto _______________________________________________ Mapnik-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/mapnik-users
