I've been putting off attempting Mapnik long enough, but wasn't expecting to fall over quite so soon!!!
I download http://tile.openstreetmap.org/osm2pgsql.zip, get a 243KB file, when I right-click in explorer and "Extract All", windows (Vista) tells me it's an empty compressed folder; clearly nonsense. Should I get my ancient DOS copy of pkunzip out of archive? Any better suggestions? Richard
