Good afternoon and thanks to everyone for your replies. Your ideas are all interesting. I've been doing some research on some of them, but what I'm primarily doing is trying to compile the source code of mapnik2 in linux. Waldemar has done much progress on this, so I'm following some of his suggestions. He has managed to run the python scripts of the 'getting started' guide, and he is currently adaping the code in http://gist.github.com/5009/ to mapnik2.
As soon as we get this running, we'll continue with the tickets related to this project. Thanks again. - Carlos López 2010/3/24 Artem Pavlenko <[email protected]> > Hi Carlos, > > Welcome to Mapnik!
