It turns out that this change was comitted by mistake. I have put back
the width & height fields. Please let us know if there are any more
issues.
We are going to update the style to require 0.7.1 some time in the
future. We will likely remove all the redundant width/height fields
and tweak the dy values to compensate for the slightly different text
placement in the current version.
