Thanks Dane for the info.

I will stick with Python 2.6 but I have another question for Python 2.6.6 it
appears to have a 32 bit version and 64 bit version (links below).  If I
have a 64 bit windows server can I use the 64 bit version with Mapnik and
the ogcserver?  Also the only version of Apache for Windows is 32 bit which
is what I have installed on my server.
