Yep, use the mapnik2 branch on git.

But it works okay. Well, it does for me -- the warnings are coming from when
cascadenik calls mapnik, so the problem is cascadenik's, not yours. If it
does break let me know.

It's on my list of things to fix.

Concluding, it seems to me, that using expressions for the name attribute of

I still need to work through how to represent expressions in cascadenik, and
then implement it.
