Guys,

Fantastic you are working together on windows issues. As I've never built 
Mapnik on windows I can't be of much help - but certainly want to a resource if 
you hit odd compile errors. Also, Roel has done a great job filing tickets and 
calling attention to windows issues - I intend to give each of them a close 
look for inclusion in Mapnik 2.
