Details:
After selecting a city by administrative boundary, the osmid hidden field is
filled in with the osmid corresponding to this city. But when switching to
bounding box mode, this field is not cleared, and it confuses the form
processing when submitted.
The osmid hidden field should be cleared, and more generally, the form
processing logic should be improved to catch these things.
