Ok, so you had a Squeeze install and you added Sid repositories. You should be aware that new packages can come from sid at any time, breaking things. My usual recommendation would be to either stick to a stable release Squeeze (even in squeeze is not entirely stable) or better Lenny or either to the development one Sid (which changes frequently). Using packages from both releases will lead to strange issues. You've been warned! ;-) Best regards, d.
