Follow-up Comment #2, task #10003 (project maposmatic):
If Nominatim finds a node entry but no admin boundaries a click on that entry
should:
- switch to bbox selection mode
- center the map on the nodes location
- set zoom level depending on the place's size (z12 for place=city, z14 for
place=village and z15 for place=town)
