[Maposmatic-dev] JOSM Plugin - Extend GPS Layer context menu

Hi, I would like to code a JOSM Plugin that syncs a video against a 
given GPS track.
My Problem is, that I didn't find a way to add a own entry to the GPS 
layer context menu. Can anybody help me, please?
