Well, I think we've established that git send-imap --inline doesn't work in
combination with Gmail. Apparently going to drafts and pressing send is
enough to mangle it.

I'll set git up to use send-email again as I originally had it when I
started translating this project. Too bad, really, I kind of liked the
ability to review the mail before sending it off. Guess I'll have to switch
to git send-email --dry-run for that purpose ;)

A freshly unmangled version of the patch is forthcoming.
