[Maposmatic-dev] GIT Push are rejected

I can't push my GIT changes for the german translation. Using 
TortoiseGit 1.7.8 on Win7 32bit together with putty I receive this error:

   XML error: mismatched tag
   error: no DAV locking support on
   http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/maposmatic.git/
   fatal: git-http-push failed

Any idea?
