Details:
When trying to create a map with IE 9 on Windows 7, the web interface is
blank, i.e. there is nothing below "1. Location
2. Title 3. Layout 4. Stylesheet 5. Paper size 6. Language 7. Summary" line
(no button, no text field, no slippy map).
At the very same time, on the same machine, this bugs does not appear with
Firefox.
