"ant binary" does not copy the hadoop-mapred-examples-0.21.0-dev.jar,
hadoop-mapred-test-0.21.0-dev.jar, hadoop-mapred-tools-0.21.0-dev.jar to the
trunk/build/hadoop-mapred-0.21.0-dev directory and
trunk/build/hadoop-mapred-0.21.0-dev /lib directory.
It should get copied to both these directories.
