Resolution: Won't Fix
CombineFileInputFormat is re-written with new api through MAPREDUCE-364 and it
is committed to branch 0.21. The new
org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.lib.input.CombineFileInputFormat should be used
with Job apis.
MAPREDUCE-364 cannot be committed to branch 0.20 now, because it is an
improvement.
