Throughout http://hadoop.apache.org/common/docs/current/streaming.html , there
are many examples that do "hadoop jar streaming blah -Dsomething=something".
None of these examples appear to work anymore. Moving the
"-Dsomething=something" to be after "hadoop jar streaming" works.
