Fix For: 0.20.205.0
{{DelegationTokenRenewal}} only handles tokens of type
{{DelegationTokenIdentifiers}}. This precludes renewal of job manager tokens
(which will be fixed on another jira). It should accept
{{AbstractDelegationTokenIdentifiers}}.
